Policy Details:
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or performance dissatisfaction.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact SP Boutique within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. The item must remain unused and in its original packaging. Verified claims may qualify for replacement.
Life-size sex doll damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The doll must remain unused, uncleaned, and unaltered.
Do not send any item back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Refunds are not issued unless required by applicable law.
